Data is a central component of this transformation. When migrating from existing systems to our platform, large amounts of historical data need to be analyzed, structured, and cleanly transferred into our product logic.

As a Data Analyst (m/f/d), you will work precisely at this interface. You will analyze data from our customers' existing ERP systems, understand their structure, and ensure that they are reliably and verifiably integrated into Impower. This creates the foundation for our customers to become productive with our platform quickly.

Responsibilities

• ERP Analysis & Data Mapping: You will analyze the data structures of common ERP systems in the German market. You will understand how customer data is structured in legacy systems and develop logic to transform it into our target model.
• Data Preparation & Migration: You will take customer data (exports, databases), prepare it, clean it ("Data Cleaning"), and validate the results. Your goal: a perfect go-live for the customer.
• Customer Interface: You will review the prepared data with customers, identify areas for correction, and finalize the import. You will be able to explain technical details understandably to non-technical contact persons.
• From Process to Automation: You are eager to eliminate manual steps. You will recognize patterns in migrations and help the team develop automated pipelines, scripts, or import assistants to accelerate onboarding step by step.
• Quality Assurance: You will perform logical and content-based comparisons to ensure that the migrated data is 100% consistent.

Requirements

• Data Expertise: You have practical experience in data preparation and manipulation (e.g., with SQL, Excel/Power Query, or scripting languages like Python) and are very data-savvy with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Analytical Eye: You love diving deep into spreadsheets, finding discrepancies, and proposing solutions for complex mapping problems.
• Language Skills (Technical and Human): Since you will analyze German ERP systems and speak directly with customers, fluent German (C1/C2) is essential. Your team communication will take place in German and English.
• Customer Focus & Empathy: You can put yourself in the shoes of a property manager who is not an IT expert and guide them confidently through the data process.
• Precision: You work extremely carefully (detail-oriented) but, with experience in project management, always keep the timeline and goal in mind.
• Growth Mindset: You are eager to evolve from manual data processing towards automated ETL processes.
