Data Analyst (m / w / d) Unterhaching | 100 | Unbefristet

Your Responsibilities

  • Collecting and integrating structured and unstructured data from internal and external sources
  • Recognizing and evaluating data patterns to derive relevant insights
  • Identifying and visualizing correlations and trends, and preparing them in reports and presentations
  • Designing and building robust data pipelines to ensure consistent data delivery for analysis and reporting purposes
  • Developing reliable data models (conceptual, logical, physical)
  • Cleaning databases, including error analysis and correction measures
  • Responsibility for requirements management, including advising internal customers on demand definition and participation in projects within the scope of Smart Factory
  • Analyzing and conceptualizing innovative solutions in the area of Smart Manufacturing for the H+S Group
  • Consulting, further developing, and implementing global applications, business processes, and systems
  • Optimizing processes in production planning and control, as well as integration with adjacent areas
  • Modeling and specifying the interactions of functionalities and system processes
  • Evaluating technologies and strategies through feasibility studies and prototypes

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Manufacturing
  • At least three years of experience in international digitalization projects in the field of production management and SCM in an industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge in web analytics, data engineering, and data science
  • Experience in process management and system integration in an operations environment (SCM, Production)
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and practical experience with Python, R, SQL, and Power BI
  • Experience with connecting and integrating machine controls into the production network (PLC, OPC-UA, MES, CAQ, PLM, SAP ERP) is an advantage
  • Affinity and interest in Industry 4.0 topics (IIoT, Edge Computing, Cloud, Data Analytics)
  • Ability to translate complex issues into hypotheses and analytical approaches and to communicate results in a target-group-oriented manner
  • Understanding of data governance principles and their importance for data quality and compliance is desirable
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management (Agile / Waterfall methodology)
  • Independent working style, creativity, quality awareness, and enjoyment in developing new solutions in an innovative environment
  • Very strong communication skills and very good German and English language skills
