We are cinify, a young start-up shaking up the BI market in healthcare. Our tool enables companies to merge data from various systems, integrate it into workflows, and finally transform it into appealing dashboards and reports. In your role, you will work closely with clients from the healthcare sector, gather their requirements, and develop tailor-made solutions using your SQL skills. You will not only be a technical implementer but also a project manager who independently organizes projects and leads them to success.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at cinify, your task is to make complex issues as tangible and understandable as possible for our clients.

You will:

• Be in direct contact with clients, advise them, and implement client requirements directly.
• Create dashboards, reports, and workflows.
• Contribute ideas for the further development of our software.
• Integrate, validate, and optimize data.
• Work in a team on standard solutions for the healthcare market.

Requirements

To be successful with us, you bring the following qualifications and skills:

• Completed degree and/or initial professional experience in a commercial or IT field.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Experience with BI solutions such as PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Affinity for data as well as the ability to understand complex data and visualize it appealingly.
• Independence and motivation to perfect the product.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.

Location

Our office is in Bochum. However, most of the team is active throughout Germany, including Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf.

Application Process

In the first step, you will receive an SQL test from us, as we assume basic SQL knowledge. Afterwards, you will likely have two interviews with the founders and current Data Analysts, where we will jointly determine if cinify and you are the perfect match!
