Your Role

Do you want to work in Data Science & Analytics where it really counts – on complex industrial projects with a direct impact on management-level decisions?

At DRIVE Consulting, you will work on challenging issues for leading industrial companies. You will support the implementation of data-driven decisions in transformation and consulting projects. Our analyses and dashboards flow directly into our clients' reporting and decision-making foundations.

In this role, you will work hands-on on analytics solutions and support the development of dashboards, the analysis of complex data, and the construction of data structures and pipelines. You will accompany projects from requirements analysis through conception to implementation and continuously develop your professional and methodological skills.

Your Tasks

• You will work on analytics workstreams in customer projects and take responsibility for your own tasks and sub-projects.
• Together with your team, you will develop and operate data pipelines between cloud sources and analytics or dashboard tools, ensuring their quality, automation, and performance (especially via SQL).
• You will conceptualize and develop dashboards with a focus on usability and clear decision support for management.
• You will analyze complex and heterogeneous data structures, prepare data, and efficiently merge different data sources.
• You will conduct ad-hoc analyses and exploratory evaluations and prepare results in a target-group-oriented manner.
• You will work closely with the project team and relevant stakeholders and actively drive the implementation of data-driven solutions.
• You will support architectural questions, prioritization, and the further development of analytics solutions.
• You will contribute your own ideas and continuously develop your professional and methodological skills.

Your Profile

• You have initial professional experience (approx. 1-3 years) in Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a comparable data-driven environment.
• You have good knowledge of Python and are able to independently analyze and prepare complex data structures.
• You have initial experience in building data pipelines and/or dashboarding.
• You have experience working with BI tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Grafana, Tableau, etc.).
• You work analytically and structurally and enjoy solving complex problems.
• You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and continuously develop your professional skills.
• Ideally, you have initial contact with processes in the automotive industry or in an industrial environment.
• You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and are confident in exchanges with customers.
• You are willing to work regularly on-site at our customers' locations.
