Responsibilities
- Development of a holistic performance tracking strategy for our digital communication and marketing channels
- Creation of customized dashboards and reports to identify data-driven optimization potential
- Conducting complex analyses of all relevant web and marketing data
- Interpretation of data and derivation of valid recommendations for action for specialist departments
- Ongoing monitoring and targeted optimization of our digital touchpoints
- Expansion of our SEO performance, including monitoring, keyword analyses, and derivation of technical and content optimization measures
- Planning and evaluation of A/B tests for continuous development of our online presence
- Advising specialist decision-makers and developing tailored solutions, taking our strategic goals into account
Requirements
- Completed degree with a professionally relevant focus (e-commerce, business informatics, business administration, etc.) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in web analytics or digital analytics
- Very strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of statistics and methodologies
- Practical experience with common analytics and tag management tools (especially Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Power BI)
- In-depth SEO and SEM expertise
- Ability to present complex issues clearly, structurally, and in an audience-appropriate manner
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- High degree of initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit berufsrelevantem Schwerpunkt (E-Commerce, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL etc.) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Webanalyse bzw. im Digital Analytics Umfeld
- Sehr ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie fundierte Statistik- und Methodik-Kenntnisse
- Praktische Erfahrung mit gängigen Analytics- und Tag-Management-Tools (insbesondere Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager und Microsoft Power BI)
- Tiefgehende SEO‑ und SEM‑Expertise
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar, strukturiert und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel & PowerPoint)
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Freude an Teamwork
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Responsibilities
