Are you comfortable working with data, contracts, and financial processes that directly impact business performance? Join our Regional Process Management team where precision meets performance. You'll work in an innovative environment focused on data accuracy, validation, and compliance, ensuring our financial operations run seamlessly.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and Finance while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity that drive critical business decisions.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Data Management & Validation
- Manage and validate contractual data (SA/TSA) and approved changes with meticulous attention to detail
- Process and analyze Change Requests related to scope, pricing, and billing data
- Request, validate, and control Purchase Orders ensuring full contractual compliance
Financial Operations & Platform Support
- Support billing platform setup and data readiness initiatives in collaboration with IT and Finance teams
- Ensure accurate and timely billing aligned with contracts and SLAs
- Monitor invoice data, identify discrepancies, and support overdue payment follow-up processes
Reporting & Analysis
- Provide structured input for cash flow and billing reporting
- Maintain data quality standards across all financial processes
- Support business performance analysis through accurate data management

- Proven experience in data analysis with strong analytical capabilities
- Exceptional ability to work with structured data, documents, and business systems
- High attention to detail and genuine ownership mindset toward data accuracy
- Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory)

- Excellent organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across different departments
- Understanding of financial processes and contractual frameworks (advantage)
