B2C Value Management and Analytics Tribe is responsible for analyzing customer data, optimizing marketing strategies, and enhancing user experience to drive business growth. Their insights and data-driven decisions significantly contribute to increased customer engagement and profitability of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Drive data delivery and collaborate closely with B2C stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, CX, Digital) as well as Data Teams.
  • Support and actively contribute to the organization's data transformation journey toward a fully data-driven culture.
  • Enable B2C departments to leverage data effectively by guiding data-driven decision-making and supporting employees in the use of reports and analytics tools.
  • Support and coordinate data projects from a B2C perspective, ensuring all delivered insights and solutions align with departmental needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • You hold a degree in a data science-related field and have several years of relevant professional experience?
  • You have advanced skills in SQL, Python, Tableau as well as in data analysis and data visualization?
  • Your English skills are excellent and you have at least basic knowledge of German?
