As a Data Analyst in the Partner BI team, you’ll transform data into actionable insights that shape youth employment strategies. You’ll collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to deliver high-quality analyses, build dashboards, and support operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data analyses to derive business insights.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform team to ensure accurate pipelines and models.
• Document data sources, models, and catalogs.
• Prepare analytical datasets for Partner/Employer teams.
• Implement data governance policies and ensure data quality.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Train and support business users in data adoption and interpretation.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Science/Engineering (Maths, Stats, Computer Science, etc.)
• 5+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
• Proven track record of quality delivery.
• Strong SQL skills and Power BI experience.
• Ability to explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for knowledge sharing and team development.
• Experience in a similarly complex organisation within the last 24 months.
