Data Analyst - Senior

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements

The Contractor shall provide a Senior Analyst who shall be responsible for the ICTL analytics application.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the DoD and MHS Health System environment with an understanding of medical readiness standards and metrics
• Bachelor’s Degree level degree in Statistics, Analytics, or related field
• Experience developing analytical dashboards within Army MEDCOM environments leveraging leading business intelligence solutions like Tableau, Power BI, and/or Qlik.
• Experience with data systems.
• Understanding of various Enterprise systems such as GFEBS, M2, AHLTA, and CHCS
• Experience in preparing White Papers, EXSUMs, CONOPS, Technical SOPs, Process Flow Methodology, and SITREPs.
• Experience using PPBE and IT System Rationalization efforts.

• General Fund Enterprise Business System: 5 years (Preferred)
• DoD and MHS Health System environment : 5 years (Required)
