Data Analyst / Data Management Specialist (m/f/d)

The position within the IT department plays a crucial role in Haema's further development: You will ensure that our organization has access to reliable, modern, and well-structured data – as the basis for informed decisions, efficient processes, and the sustainable development of our approximately 40 donation centers.

At the same time, the role offers significant scope for development: You will modernize our data infrastructure, develop new reporting structures, and create standards that will shape the company in the long term. With your expertise, you will actively shape our data world – from stable pipelines to intuitive dashboards – and enable our departments to work more securely, faster, and data-driven.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provision and monitoring of data pipelines, error correction, and processing of data requests from business departments
  • Operation and continuous improvement of our data architecture – from classic SQL databases to modern cloud solutions with Microsoft Fabric and Azure
  • Development of meaningful dashboards and data models in Power BI
  • Training of end-users on reporting (Self-Service Analytics)
  • Evaluation of new technologies and gradual development of the data landscape for future requirements such as AI and automation
  • Close collaboration with our data specialists and business departments

Your Profile

  • At least two years of professional experience in Data Management, Analytics, or Engineering
  • Ideally, a completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
  • Good SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, and data modeling
  • Experience with data warehouse concepts and understanding of company-wide data flows
  • In-depth knowledge of Power BI and ideally initial experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or other cloud data platforms
  • Enjoyment in clearly communicating technical content to non-technical target groups
  • Good German and English language skills

Requirements
