Technical Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Data Analyst with strong SQL and data analysis capability who can translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with data modelers and engineering teams. The role is technical first, not coding heavy, and requires strong communication.

Experience

• 5–10 years in data analysis / SQL / functional technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis across Oracle/Supply Chain datasets
• SQL Querying to extract, validate, and analyse data
• Source to Target Mapping for development and migration projects
• Requirement Translation into functional/technical specs
• Collaboration with Data Modelers for model validation
• Documentation of mappings, flows, and specifications

Mandatory Skills

• Strong SQL and hands on Oracle querying
• Data Understanding of tables, warehouses, inventory orgs
• Migration Exposure (at least one project)
• Data Modelling Concepts (conceptual/logical understanding)
• Ability to work with business + technical teams

Domain Flexibility

• Preferred: Supply Chain (Manufacturing)
• Oracle domain is good to have, not mandatory
• Recent domain experience required (not 10+ years old)

Soft Skills

• Strong Communication and stakeholder handling
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly , Authentic, experience-based problem solving
