POSTE / MISSIONS

Tâches

Main tasks - BI activities

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to identify business Data needs through refinement workshops.
• Collect and exploit data to present it as indicators or Dashboards, thus contributing to and conducting Data analyses linked to business issues.
• Present results to business teams.
• Communicate the company's Data governance framework (Data Management, Data Privacy…) to the business, conveying messages and expertise around Digital.

🎯 Functional knowledge of data analysis in the banking sector to provide critical insight and address business data analysis issues.

Evolutions of activities in phase 2 – digital data activities (tracking and associated data analysis):

• Identify tracking needs with business Squads in refinement workshops.
• Carry out tracking specifications and acceptance testing.
• Collect and extract data necessary for analysis.
• Build dashboards.
• Present the deployed tagging plan in a predefined deliverable format for regional banks.
• Present the results to business squads.

Attendu

As an external contributor in the Data Analyst role, you will specifically work on:

• Dashboard creation via Microstrategy (for BI activities).
• Calculation of indicators via SQL script on a Teradata environment (for BI activities) and integration into standardized restitution pipelines.

You will also be asked to work on Digital activities related to Data to ensure the success of Web journey piloting:

• Implementation of Tracking on user journeys and Dashboard creation to present data to the business (for Digital Journey activities) - Software and analytical solutions: Tag Commander, Piano Analytics, Cosmo Survey.
• Conduct marketing analyses based on deployed tracking and propose possible optimizations during these analyses.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Compétences

• Data Visualization Tool (Expert): Microstrategy is a plus (or knowledge of Power BI, Tableau).
• Language: SQL (expert).
• Scrum (company agile framework).
• Functional knowledge of analysis in the banking sector.
• Good communication / Pedagogical.
