Data Analyst - TS​/SCI w​/Poly

Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated individual who can develop processes to quickly identify trends in the environment and report them to the applicable parties to help minimize front‑end impact. This role requires a good understanding of Service Now and the ability to analyze data quickly and make logical, data‑driven conclusions that can be escalated to appropriate parties for next‑step decisions. The ideal candidate will have Service Now experience, a strong grasp of the work being performed, and be quick on their feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and interpretation of trends in the environment in real time.
• Develop rules and methodologies for data collection and analysis.
• Provide critical data to internal teams, allowing them to troubleshoot real‑time trends.
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity and creativity.
• Develop innovative strategies and quantify the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets.
• Analyze organizational data and conduct advanced statistical analysis.
• Contribute to completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
• Apply mathematical calculations to recommend solutions to technical problems of moderate scope.
• Model and evaluate the potential impact of data changes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience
• Technical Skills: Service Now reporting and MS Office
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• US Citizenship Required
• Role Requirements: Communication, problem solving, analytical thinking
• Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
