Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related area, or relevant product certifications
  • Over 4 years of hands‑on experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong understanding of access management principles
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
  • Preferred: Smartsheet and SharePoint certifications
  • Preferred: Advanced knowledge in Dashboard development
  • Preferred: Significant experience in federal environments or large‑scale enterprise systems

  • Organize and manage column structure, metadata, and data fields for effective portfolio tracking
  • Coordinate updates with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and comprehensiveness
  • Develop and manage Smartsheet reports for data aggregation across various sheets
  • Create and update leadership dashboards to present real‑time program status
  • Configure and manage automated workflows including:

  • Implement workflow automation to:
    • Minimize manual data entry
