We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our audience measurement team in our virtual office. Our measurement team is focused on adding value to our Podcast Metrics and Streaming Metrics digital audio measurement services. We provide credible, validated metrics that enable live and on‑demand audio publishers to quantify their audience at global, national, and local levels.
Our goal is to improve our solutions to remain the global leader in measurement, ranking, and analytics in the digital audio industry, providing information and trends that benefit publishers and advertisers. The Role
You will use your skills and experience to produce and deliver our monthly public ranker reports of the top podcasts and podcast networks, and the top audio streaming stations and publishers, in various countries and regions throughout the world. The production of the monthly ranker reports includes monitoring, analysis, and investigation of various trends, working with the product and development teams. This work will also help to ensure internal data quality, and to identify external factors that can affect listening metrics.
Responsibilities
- Create monthly ranker reports for publication, following the proper process and ensuring that all reports are prepared accurately and on schedule.
- Investigate/research any suspicious or significant changes of trends in the data.
- Participate in evolving our approach and tools to monitor the quality of our measurement metrics and other datasets.
- Analyze data and report on listening trends and consumption habits.
- Work in collaboration with the SVP of Strategy and the Product Manager on specific measurement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1‑3 years of data analysis experience.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with other data tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI.
- Attentive to details and committed to always striving for customer satisfaction.
- Autonomous, rigorous, organized and show initiative.
- Continuously striving to learn and develop.
- Excellent English communication skills required, French an asset.

Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste(e) des données pour rejoindre notre équipe de mesure d’audience dans nos bureaux de Montréal. Notre équipe se concentre principalement à ajouter de la valeur à Webcast Metrics (WMC) et Podcast Metrics, nos services « cloud » de mesure et d’analyse de l’écoute audionumérique (radio, podcast et services de musiques en ligne). WMC fournit des données crédibles et valides qui permettent aux utilisateurs de quantifier leur audience aux niveaux mondial, national et local.
Notre objectif est d’être le leader mondial de la mesure, du classement et de l’analyse dans l’univers de l’audio numérique, en fournissant des informations et des tendances qui profitent aux diffuseurs audios. Responsabilités
- Créer des rapports de classement mensuels « Rankers » pour publication, en suivant le processus approprié et en s'assurant que tous les rapports sont préparés avec précision et dans les délais.
- Enquêter/rechercher tout changement suspect ou significatif des tendances dans les données.
- Participer à l'évolution de notre approche et de nos outils pour surveiller la qualité de nos paramètres de mesure et d'autres ensembles de données.
- Analyser les données et rendre compte des tendances d'écoute et des habitudes de consommation.
- Travailler en collaboration avec le vice‑président principal de la stratégie et le chef de produit sur des initiatives de mesure spécifiques.
Exigences
- Expérience pertinente de 1‑3 ans dans un rôle d’analyse de données.
- Solides compétences en Excel et avec d’autres outils comme Looker, Tableau, PowerBI.
