About the Role

As a mid-level Data Engineer, you'll build the data foundations that power BI dashboards and AI agents. A typical project starts with a client whose data is scattered across ERPs, CRMs, Excel files, and legacy databases. Backend developers handle the source connections; from there, you take over.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building the data warehouse layer in Postgres
• Creating and maintaining dbt models that transform raw data into clean and documented datasets
• Building dashboards that deliver real-time insights
• Collaborating closely with backend developers and machine learning engineers
• Continuously improving data quality, performance, and reliability across projects

Main Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data engineering or a closely related role
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with Postgres and dbt
• Experience with Power BI
• Bachelor's degree (or higher)
