Senior Data & Analytics Engineer

You will join a large-scale technology team building modern, secure, and scalable data platforms. Your work will directly impact business decision-making, operational performance, and the evolution of the organization’s data & analytics strategy.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it!)

As a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role across the data value chain—from ingestion to visualization—ensuring high-quality, performant, and business-ready data solutions.

Your day-to-day will include

• Designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines
• Creating data models to support analytics and decision-making
• Developing and optimizing dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau)
• Working closely with business teams to translate requirements into data solutions
• Leveraging platforms such as Dataiku for data preparation and advanced analytics
• Ensuring data quality, security, and performance across solutions
• Optimizing SQL queries and dashboards for large datasets
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the data & analytics strategy

You will be part of Enterprise Technology Services, supporting scalable and secure data platforms that power critical business applications across the organization.

Your tech stack

• Python 🐍
• SQL (NoSQL is a plus)
• Snowflake or Databricks ❄️⚡
• Dataiku
• Power BI / Tableau
• Jupyter Notebooks
• Cloud platforms: AWS or Azure ☁️

About you

• 7–10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field
• Strong skills in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Databricks
• Comfortable working in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
• Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams

Nice to have

• Snowflake Cortex
• Data warehousing concepts
• Data governance and security
• Agile methodologies
• CI/CD or DevOps experience
• Data cataloging tools such as Collibra
