Data Analytics Graduate

About The Role

This role supports the UK business through the development and maintenance of high-quality performance metrics, master data governance, and pharmaceutical product licensing datasets. The graduate will contribute to management reporting, data integrity, and regulatory data readiness across commercial and operational functions. The role provides structured exposure to how data underpins decision-making, compliance, and financial performance in a regulated healthcare environment.

ROTATIONS

This role may involve up to three rotations across areas including Procurement, Commercial Sales and Licensing. Final rotation assignments will align to business needs. Each rotation will include clear responsibilities, a learning plan, and project deliverables.

What You Will Learn & Deliver

• Develop and maintain company performance dashboards and KPIs supporting commercial and operational leadership.
• Support the governance, accuracy, and consistency of master data across customers, products, suppliers, and pricing.
• Maintain and analyse UK pharmaceutical licensing and regulatory datasets, ensuring data completeness and audit readiness.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong analytical capability with a high level of attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Excel and AI; interest in data tools, reporting, and analytics.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Education & Qualifications

A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience (e.g. internships, placements, or project work) in disciplines such as:
