Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Data Analyst role based in Zurich, with flexibility to work partially from home. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to uncover actionable insights, maintaining and managing data systems, creating predictive models, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine analytical solutions and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, with a strong ability to interpret patterns and trends.
• Experience in Data Management and maintaining data accuracy and accessibility.
• Skilled in Data Modeling to build predictive models and solve complex business challenges.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and making data-informed decisions.
• Knowledge of relevant tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in the financial industry or a similar field is advantageous.
