Organization and Missions

You focus on the entire product catalog and on identifying new opportunities to exploit for the company. In conjunction with the Product BU, the Strategy department, the product management teams, and the Technical/Product Management, you implement product data analysis to feed product roadmap decision-making. The most important skill in product analysis is taking collected data and using it with actionable insights.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze product data to inform the organization's strategic decisions.
  • Identify the impact of product changes or new offerings on key indicators.
  • Make sense of complex datasets to reveal growth opportunities.
  • Differentiate between optimal and average performance through data interpretation.
  • Develop sharp analytical skills to leverage data for the company's advantage.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and sales teams to maximize profits through data analysis.
  • Work with internal and external teams to formulate actionable hypotheses.
  • Generate new ideas based on factual data analysis.
  • Position yourself at the interface between product data management, data science, and product marketing.
  • Interact effectively with partner teams (Data Scientists, Product Managers, Product Marketing, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Product Group Leads.

Your Future Impact

In 6 months

  • You will have identified and implemented the necessary datasets with the CIO/PU teams, including their acceptance testing.
  • You will have led the creation of key data analysis dashboards (volume, value, customer) by product universe.
  • You will have established the reporting and follow-up ritual for product analyses and performance indicators (KPIs).

  • You will have contributed to the industrialization of business model monitoring and product launches.
  • You will have trained stakeholders in understanding data analysis tools, processes, and models.
