CRM Data Architect

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience performing data migrations in an enterprise environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing data management services in a development environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing data management standards and processes
• Extensive knowledge of defining and implementing data requirements
• Extensive knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
• Extensive knowledge of developing data mapping and data flow diagrams
• Excellent communications, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Experience with Oracle Fusion
• Experience working on eCRM implementation teams
• Ability to produce architecture documents, reusable processes, standards, and architecture building blocks
• Ability to translate high-level and detailed design specifications into data requirements
• Ability to estimate resourcing requirements
• Ability to make recommendations for data cleansing and standardization
• Ability to produce data models, metadata, data mappings, and configurations
• Ability to create data extract, cleansing, and formatting scripts
• Ability to consult with reporting specialists and optimize data for reporting
• Ability to assess master data management capabilities and opportunities and implement as required
