Job Details

• Job Title: Data & Business Intelligence Analyst

• Pay Range: $49.21 - $58.05 Hourly
• Location: Remote
• Employment Type: Full Time

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from most locations within the country of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic projects across business operations
• Understand business processes, monitor data quality, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Support company-wide initiatives through ownership of analytical projects
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., sales, finance, operations, systems) to achieve objectives
• Own technical implementations and maintain documentation related to datasets, ensuring high accuracy
• Explore and implement advanced analytics tools and AI techniques for optimization (e.g., cloud platforms, automation, AI/ML methods)
• Lead data cleanup initiatives by applying analytical judgment to complex datasets and establishing scalable frameworks
• Execute data updates in CRM and related systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness

Basic Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience working with data in a business environment (data management, operations, reporting, or analytics)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis and insights
• Familiarity with advertising and media agency ecosystems and client–agency structures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decision-making
• Proven ability to collaborate and build partnerships across teams
• Experience handling large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
• Proficiency in SQL and experience managing data warehouse tables
• Experience with distributed data systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Presto)
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, Java, Scala, JavaScript)
