Data Center Thermal Solutions Engineer Fully REMOTE
We are a developer and manufacturer of system level thermal solutions. For the past 20+ years we've partnered with customers in the Aerospace, Military, Medical, Industrial Products and Government R&D sectors to help them utilize our technology on mission critical applications all the way from spacecraft thermal management to medical surgery temperature control at ranges from -150 to 1,100 degrees Celsius!
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Thermal Solutions Engineer to join our Data Center Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing thermal management solutions for data center environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities • Design and analyze thermal management solutions for data center systems. • Utilize CFD and FEA tools to model and evaluate thermal performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal solutions into data center designs. • Conduct experiments and simulations to validate thermal performance of designs. • Provide technical support and guidance on thermal-related issues during the development process. • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in thermal engineering and data center technologies.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience in thermal engineering, preferably in a data center environment. • Proficiency in thermal simulation software such as ANSYS FLUENT, SolidWorks, or Autodesk CFD. • Strong knowledge of CFD and FEA methodologies and their application in thermal analysis. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
