This role involves synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research alongside business divisions, identifying opportunities for enhancing customer and broker experiences. You will apply text analytics to support insights and develop dashboards to visualize trends and themes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze extensive data sets to uncover strategic insights

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing research experience
- 5 to 7 years of research experience
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Knowledge of Qualtrics survey software and Net Promoter Score
- Strong communication and project management skills
