We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensure high-quality data infrastructure, and support analytics and business intelligence across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, modern data stacks, and building reliable data systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
- Develop and optimize data models for analytics and reporting needs
- Integrate data from multiple sources (e-commerce, CRM, marketing, operations, etc.)
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across systems
- Work closely with data analysts, product teams, and engineers to support data‑driven decisions
- Maintain and improve data warehouse architecture
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and failures
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and documentation
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT tools, and data warehousing solutions
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with tools such as dbt, Airflow, Spark, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Understanding of data modeling and database design
General Requirements
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Based in France with the legal right to work full‑time
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
