Acteur majeur de la biologie médicale en France et en Europe, l'entreprise est un regroupement de laboratoires de biologie médicale créé, dirigé et développé exclusivement par des pharmaciens ou médecins spécialisés en biologie médicale.
Dans un contexte de structuration, la direction IT groupe cherche son prochain talent au sein du siège social en région Parisienne.
L'entreprise construit une équipe DATA solide pour faire face aux principaux enjeux de la donnée : pilotage opérationnel des directions business, intégration et consolidation massive de données, enrichissement et valorisation de la donnée patient.
Job Description
Connecting and integrating various data sources:
- Identify and connect the company's various internal and external data sources (databases, APIs, files, external systems, etc.).
- Ensure the integration of data from these sources into a centralized, accessible, and performant data warehouse.
Feeding the data warehouse:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to centralize and feed the data warehouse.
- Automate feeding processes to ensure data freshness and consistency.
Cleaning, structuring, and transforming data:
- Ensure data quality by cleaning and structuring raw data to make it usable.
- Implement data transformation processes to adapt them to the needs of business teams and analysts.
Preparing data models for Data Analysts and Data Scientists:
- Create structured and performant data models tailored to the specific needs of Data Analysts and Data Scientists.
- Collaborate with these teams to understand their data needs and prepare optimized datasets for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
Optimizing database performance:
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of databases, while maintaining their integrity.
- Optimize queries and data processing procedures to ensure high performance at scale.
Cross-team collaboration:
- Work closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and business teams to understand data needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Actively participate in defining the company's data architecture.
Profile
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a data engineer.
- Proficiency with data connectors (ODBC, Rest API)
- Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python)
- Proficiency with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and their administration tools
- Proficiency with associated Cloud environments and services AWS or GCP
- Proficiency with streaming and orchestration technologies: Kafka / Debezium, AirFlow, etc.
