A small, technically proficient team working with clients to deliver data-driven solutions. The company is currently negotiating a new project and is seeking to expand its technical capacity.

PRODUCT/PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project involves building pilot workflows to connect live data across multiple operational systems. The main focus is on ETL processes, data modeling, and integrating data from platforms such as Monday.com and others to create unified dashboards and enable event-driven triggers across systems. The solution will prepare reliable datasets for future AI workflows, reconciliation logic, and reporting dashboards.

This is a new product/initiative, representing a new phase or pilot for the client.

WHY THE CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A DEVELOPER

The client needs to prioritize foundational data engineering work before advancing to AI use cases. Their current team lacks sufficient data engineering capacity, and the project requires expertise in ETL, cross-system data integration, and data modeling to ensure a robust data foundation.

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement ETL workflows to extract, clean, normalize, and map data across multiple platforms (e.g., Monday.com and others)

• Integrate APIs to connect disparate operational systems

• Develop and maintain data models and database schemas (PostgreSQL/advanced SQL)

• Prepare datasets for downstream AI workflows and dashboards

• Collaborate with a small, distributed team and participate in milestone planning

• Potentially participate in client meetings as needed
