The ideal candidate is someone who can make an immediate impact, bringing strong proficiency in Python, experience with complex data transformations, and skill in delivering impactful dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.

Shape Data Architecture
- Play a critical role in the data architecture and integration strategy for current and future projects.
- Ensure data architecture is secure, scalable, and adheres to credit union compliance, data governance, and sovereignty standards.
Support Compliance and Documentation
- Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., NCUA Call Reports, HMDA, BSA/AML) by ensuring accurate and auditable data flows.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, data dictionaries, and architectural diagrams.
How Success is Measured
- Pipeline Reliability: Ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and timeliness of data pipelines and ETL processes that support business units and executive reporting
