Job Offer: Data Engineer Azure - Digital Factory (H/F)

• Location: Paris 2ème arrondissement
• Remote Work: 2 days remote, 3 days on-site
• Contract Type: CDI (Freelance not accepted)
• Compensation: Up to €65K depending on profile
• Start Date: Between 05/11 and 05/25
• Required Experience: Confirmed profile with solid mastery of Python and the Azure environment
• Duration: Long-term mission

About the Role:

• Industry Sector: Energies & Low-Carbon Solutions.
• Main Objectives: Design, develop, and industrialize data solutions for a strategic product, ensuring a scalable architecture that meets the excellence standards of our Digital Factory.
• Role within the Team: Integrate a multidisciplinary product team (Squad) within a mature agile organization (30 squads), surrounded by experts (Craft Coaches, Chapter Leads, Architects).

We are looking for a Data Engineer Azure to join our Digital Factory and actively participate in deploying complex data pipelines. You will work in an agile, stimulating, and innovative environment where software quality and flow performance are priorities.

Your Missions:

• Engineering & Development: Design and develop robust data pipelines applying Clean Code and DDD principles.
• Industrialization & Performance: Ensure flow observability (monitoring, alerting) and optimize infrastructure costs (FinOps Data).
• Support & Technical Expertise: Translate business needs into technical specifications during agile rituals and ensure incident resolution.
• Cross-functional Contribution: Actively participate in the "Data Chapter" to share best practices and feedback.

Technical Environment (Stack):

• Azure Cloud: Mastery of native components (Azure Functions, ADLS Gen2, Container Instances, Event Hubs).
• Languages: Advanced mastery of Python (Pandas).
• Quality: Implementation of tests (Pytest), linting (Ruff/Black), Git/GitHub.
• Data: Relational and non-relational databases, custom transformation scripts.

Candidate Profile:

• Confirmed mastery of data pipelines on Azure and Python development.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment with a strong Software Craftsmanship culture.
• Fluent English is mandatory (international context).
• Communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional roles.

Additional Assets:

• Knowledge in Data Science is a plus for collaborating on data contextualization topics.
