About the role
About CGM
As a leading company in software solutions for healthcare, we operate in 19 countries and employ nearly 9,000 dedicated employees. You will work in a dynamic and innovative environment full of opportunities. With your commitment and passion, you have the chance to make a lasting difference.
CGM Leverages AI
We are looking for people who feel the power of AI in the eHealth environment, want to help shape the change, and recognize with curious passion how technology can make healthcare smarter, simpler, and better. Together, we are shaping the healthcare system of the future. Become part of our mission and make a difference – for a world where knowledge saves lives.
Are you passionately interested in transforming complex data into clear, value-adding insights? Do you have the talent to turn business requirements into user-friendly BI solutions while always keeping the big picture in mind? Then we are looking for exactly you!
Your Contribution
- In your role, you are responsible for the complete journey of modern Power BI dashboards – from the initial idea through prototypes to go-live – ensuring they are intuitive, performant, and truly relevant for decision-making.
- You will dive deep into the business areas, systematically gather requirements, refine use cases, define KPIs, moderate workshops, and advise stakeholders on prioritization and implementation.
- Based on this, you will design and maintain robust, semantic data models (e.g., Star Schema, KPI Layer) in close collaboration with the backend or Microsoft Fabric team – ensuring they are clean, consistent, and scalable.
- You will ensure data quality, governance, and security by validating metrics, establishing rollout and versioning concepts, and implementing RLS/OLS, Sensitivity Labels, and traceable documentation.
- When it comes to marketing, sales, and market data, you will identify correlations and growth potentials, develop BI strategies, and prepare insights in an understandable and convincing manner for various target groups, up to management level.
What You Bring
- You have a Master's degree, preferably from a renowned university, e.g., in Data Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- You have at least 4-5 years of experience in developing Power BI frontend solutions in the B2B/Enterprise environment and possess excellent command of DAX, Power Query M, and semantic data modeling (e.g., Star Schema, Dimensions/Facts).
- Furthermore, you have sound practical experience in stakeholder management, consulting, and requirements engineering, and are capable of translating complex business requirements into viable, scalable BI solutions.
- Your working style is structured, precise, and responsible; you address risks early on, supplement them with solution-oriented suggestions, handle feedback constructively, and enjoy working in a team.
- A high willingness to learn and affinity for technology – especially in the Microsoft Fabric environment – as well as fluent German and English skills at least at C1 level complete your profile.
