Your Future Work Environment

You are passionate about data valorization, join our Data Factory located in Paris! You will meet experts in Data Platform implementation, Data Architects, or other solution experts around data valorization issues.

You will be supported in the development of your knowledge through different Data paths, whether for ingestion, data hub construction, data transformation and valorization, modeling, and deployment.

Joining our Sopra Steria Data Factory means joining a community of Data Engineers proud to share their knowledge and open to new data experiences and experiments.

Your Role and Missions

As part of the implementation of the Data center for a major financial player in the state and according to your preferences, you will participate in several stages of the chain:

• Understanding business needs and translating them into data engineering solutions
• Implementing data ingestion solutions, whether batch and/or streaming, in a Cloud context
• Structuring the DataLake, implementing data governance and security processes
• Processing data up to its exposure to the business
• Implementing the CI/CD chain and its supervision
• Technology watch with our publisher partners and implementing Prototype Designs, Proofs of Concept, or MVPs for client ideation purposes.

You master a programming language applied to data analysis (SQL, Scala, R, Python, Java), distributed data processing (Spark, Pyspark, Hadoop) and a data streaming framework (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

Qualifications

You are attracted by the world of digital, Cloud, and innovative technologies.

You have a good analytical mind, are curious and passionate, and you have a sense of teamwork in an Agile organization like Scrum or SAFE.

You place particular importance on developing your skills across multiple technologies. You desire real career progression through project experience. You are mindful of delivering value to your clients. And you want to share your knowledge with less experienced colleagues. If so, don't wait any longer, this position is for you!

Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent training, you have already participated in a Data project (Big Data, BI) and have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Proficiency in Dataiku would be a plus.
