Your Responsibilities

As a Data Engineer, you will be part of our central Data Management team within Business IT. You will design and develop central data models for our Enterprise Data Warehouse, which is used throughout Europe.

• Enterprise Data Warehouse: Contribute to the architecture, data models, and processes of our Enterprise Data Warehouse on ORACLE.
• BI & Analytics: Support the BI and Analytics team through the use of in-memory technology (EXASOL).
• Big Data & Cloud: Participate in and have an interest in Big Data solutions (Google Cloud Platform).
• Data Quality & Support: Support data quality for various business units via the Business IT Service Desk (JIRA).

Your Profile

• Education: Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Technical Fundamentals: Knowledge of data modeling techniques and experience with ETL tools.
• Practical Experience: Initial professional experience in Data Warehouse, BI, or data integration environments.
• Language Skills: Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1).
