About the role
The Data Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and industrialization of energy data collection, validation, structuring, and valorization chains. They also ensure the quality of energy data management and governance, in close collaboration with all stakeholders of the Minarm. Their missions include:
Responsibilities
- Identify user needs for energy data (reporting, indicators, planning tools…)
- Design processes for collecting, validating, structuring, valorizing, and hypervising energy data
- Develop the necessary tools for the automated implementation of the above processes
- Administer the produced database, guarantee its portability, and ensure its integrity
- Lead energy data governance (meetings, committees…)
The position holder may be required to supervise a reservist, or to tutor an apprentice or intern.

Profile
Holder of a BAC+5 degree (Master's or Engineering degree) in Data Engineering, you have experience in a ministerial environment or in the energy sector and 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (Data Engineer, Project Manager) would be appreciated. This position requires good organization and rigor.
Entry-level candidates are possible provided they master the key skills (Python, SQL, data pipeline architecture, Dataiku, Qlicksense, Talend, Kibana…).
