Data Engineer — Expert Intégration de Données

Notre client est un acteur suisse du secteur parapublic, spécialisé dans la gestion de données à forte composante réglementaire, actuellement engagé dans une transformation numérique d'envergure. L'équipe Business Intelligence assure en parallèle l'exploitation du système d'information existant et la migration vers un nouvel ERP métier.

Dans le cadre de ce projet, l'équipe recherche un profil expérimenté (5 ans d'expérience), opérationnel rapidement et capable d'intervenir en autonomie sur des périmètres critiques.

Responsibilities and Missions

Analysis and maintenance of existing flows

• Conduct reverse engineering of existing data synchronization processes
• Identify, diagnose, and correct anomalies in synchronization flows between databases (tiers, beneficiaries, addresses)
• Ensure monitoring of B2B data exchanges between front office and back office

ETL Development and Data Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain Talend jobs for data integration and transformation between heterogeneous environments (DB2/AS400, SQL Server, MongoDB, MariaDB)
• Contribute to the creation of data quality processes and business control lists

Migration and Transverse Projects

• Lead the migration and finalization of a document management system to a new target solution
• Participate in the preparation and transformation of XML files for output management

Required Profile

Technical Skills — Essential

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data integration / data engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Talend ETL
• Advanced SQL in multi-database environments: DB2/AS400, SQL Server, MongoDB, MariaDB
• Proven experience in synchronization and management of multi-database flows
• Knowledge of REST APIs

Technical Skills — Appreciated

• Java
• Experience in highly regulated environments (insurance, public sector, health, or social security)

Soft Skills

• Strong autonomy and ability to quickly grasp an environment without formal handover
• Rigor in data quality management
• Ability to work in a team in a transformation context

• Location: Lausanne Region
• Contract Type: CDD Mission (staffing)
• Duration: Minimum 6 months (potentially renewable)
• Start Date: Mid-April / Early May 2026
• Activity Rate: 100% (including 2 days of remote work per week)
• Working Language: French (100% French-speaking environment)
