Mission

Integrated into Nathalie's team (Manager of the Application IT Department), we are looking for a profile capable of working on the entire data value chain: ingestion → transformation → modeling → exposure → visualization. Your objective is to transform raw data into reliable and usable information to support the decision-making of business teams. You will be involved in data architecture and pipelines, data modeling and structuring, and the provision of dashboards and decision-making indicators. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of the company's data platform. As part of your missions, you will notably have to:

1. Participate in data architecture design

• Contribute to the definition and evolution of the data architecture (data warehouse, data lake).
• Participate in the choice of technologies and tools (ETL/ELT, storage, orchestration).
• Define data models adapted to analytical needs.
• Design and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines (collection, transformation, storage).
• Automate data flows from various sources (databases, APIs, files, business tools).
• Optimize the performance of flows and queries.
• Supervise and monitor data pipelines.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of data.
• Implement data control and validation mechanisms.
• Document architectures and procedures.

2. Assist in the implementation of a BI tool

• Participate in the selection and implementation of a Business Intelligence tool.
• Lead workshops to gather and analyze business needs.
• Collaborate with business teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Integrate and model data within the tool.
• Administer the BI platform and optimize the data model.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Ensure the consistency and reliability of metrics used.
• Work in close collaboration with Quality, Data, and business teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality.
• Contribute to documentation and sharing of best practices around data (data engineering, BI, and governance).
• Conduct technological watch and be proactive.

You will evolve in an agile environment, interacting with business and technical teams.

Profile

With a higher education in IT or Data (Bac+5), you have at least 3 years of experience in data management and architecture. Your skills:

• Languages: Python, Java, PowerShell
• Databases and DBMS: PostgreSQL, Oracle
• Knowledge of ETL concept
• Dataviz: Power BI, BusinessObjects, Qlik Sense
• Data warehouse / storage: BigQuery, Snowflake
• Versioning: Git
• Operating systems: OS Linux, Windows The knowledge of Docker platform is a plus (containerization, resource consumption). Experience in data architecture modeling or SI urbanization (Model C1 to C4) would be particularly appreciated. Autonomous, rigorous, and with good interpersonal skills, you enjoy working collaboratively with diverse teams to build useful and sustainable solutions.
