Today, we are looking for a Data Engineer GCP (M/F) to join one of our clients in the insurance sector, based in Niort, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France.

Context

You will join a Data team responsible for managing and optimizing GCP Cloud environments.

Your role will be central in the administration of the Data platform, access rights management, data processing optimization, and workflow industrialization within the BigQuery ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the BigQuery environment
• Ensure the management of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure
• Administer rights and access for Data teams
• Intervene on automation via Terraform (IaC)
• Develop and maintain Data flows with DBT
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the platform's performance and reliability
• Contribute to good development and industrialization practices

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (excluding internships and apprenticeships)
• Proven experience in Data Engineering on GCP
• Good command of BigQuery, SQL, and Python
• Experience with DBT appreciated
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Autonomy, rigor, and collaborative spirit

Terms

• Location: Niort, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France.
• Contract: CDI or Freelance
• Start Date: ASAP
• Conditions and remuneration open to negotiation based on profile and expertise
