Our Offer

As part of the structuring of our Data division, Texdecor Group is creating a Data Engineer position to build, validate, and evolve its data architecture.

Reporting to the Head of the Data Domain, you will play a key role in establishing the technical foundations, supervising data flows, and continuously improving data quality.

Your Daily Mission

In close collaboration with the Data teams and business teams, you will participate in the design and structuring of the data architecture (Data Warehouse / Data Lake), with the aim of reliability, performance, and scalability.

But concretely, what is the role of a Data Engineer at Texdecor Group?

Your Main Missions:

Build

  • Participate in the construction of a robust and sustainable data foundation enabling data availability to the company's business units.
  • Create and maintain the architectures of databases and ETL / ELT data flows between the company's various application systems.
  • Be a proactive force in proposing tools, methods, and processes for data modeling and management (including documentation, versioning, CI/CD, ...) to ensure its integrity, availability, and confidentiality.

Monitor and Maintain

  • Clean, transform, and validate company data, correct anomalies, implement monitoring and alerting probes on data quality in inter-application databases and flows.
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL scripts, perform ad-hoc analyses in SQL, produce reliable data sets for BI environments.

Support

  • Collaborate with business teams to develop decision-support technical environments.
  • Support the company's technical maturity in data.

Your Profile

Does your profile match our search?

With a degree in data, IT, or equivalent, you have at least 2 years of experience in Data Engineering.

You have solid skills in:

  • Advanced SQL (optimization, modeling, performance)
  • Python
  • Knowledge or initial experience in the following environments will be appreciated: Azure, ETL tools, Airflow, DBT, Git / CICD, Power BI, Power Apps, Business Object, SSIS, Snowflake, as well as notions of data governance, security, and GDPR.
