For our Diehl Stiftung & Co. KG location, we are looking for a:

Data Engineer in Human Resources (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Development and maintenance of global HR data models in SAP BW (Business Warehouse) to support analysis, planning, and reporting processes in SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Implementation and further development of the global authorization concept for HR BW.
  • Ensuring system operation and managing internal and external IT service providers.
  • Consulting HR analytics managers on requirements clarification and system usage, as well as conducting training.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of global HR data management and providing data-based recommendations for action to optimize personnel strategy.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience with SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud, and ideally with BW planning solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HCM and interest in HR processes.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Analytical strength, structured way of working, and teamwork skills.
