Data Engineer (m/w/d)
KMH GmbH
About the role
About KMH
Do you want to create real added value for communication between companies and their customers, not just operate technical systems? At KMH, we develop solutions that combine modern data architectures with intelligent customer interaction. Our goal is to shape the contact centers of the future – data-driven, automated, and human at the same time.
As a Data Engineer, you will become part of our expert team for Data and Conversational AI. You will work at the interface between data, AI, and communication, developing data-based logic that makes contact center platforms smarter. You will learn the mechanisms and possibilities of modern systems like Genesys Cloud and build targeted knowledge on how data processes and AI models can be used to personalize and automate interactions. Your work will lay the foundation for companies to reach their customers at the right moment with the right message via voice dialogues, chatbots, or automated campaigns.
(m/f/d) you will work at the interface between data architecture, cloud technology, and operational business. You will develop scalable data pipelines, ensure clean data flows, and, together with us, design platforms that our customers can sustainably build upon – whether in Databricks or AWS.
