What we can accomplish together:

The PAM IDFM manages all transport reservations for People with Reduced Mobility in the Île-de-France region, involving the following non-exhaustive actions:

• Trip planning
• Service registration management
• Real-time transport regulation

Under the responsibility of the PAM Data and Tools Suite Manager, you will collect, provide, and process data in line with the needs of the teams.

Your role:

1. Collect data (application database, particularly SQL, and flat files like CSV, Excel, API, CRM tools…)
   • Gather the business needs of the different requesting and user units for data collection and storage solutions
   • Manage data collection and provision
   • Manage, maintain, and document multiple databases
2. Implement data ingestion pipelines
   • Define the frequency: real-time, daily batch…
   • Manage errors: duplicate management, alerts if a source fails…
   • Implement and maintain batches
3. Model data (data schema, data normalization and denormalization)
   • Design data models
   • Deploy models to production
   • Ensure production monitoring and maintenance
   • Write documentation related to databases (management rules, variable dictionary…)
4. Transform and verify data quality (cleaning, enrichment, historization, tests, anomaly monitoring…)
5. Automate and industrialize data
   • Perform unit and integration tests

Additional missions:

• Ensure RGPD compliance, security, and quality of service in the use of tools.
• Contribute to IT system evolutions related to service regionalization.
• Participate in committees/meetings between IT, business stakeholders from DRC or Keolis (Keolis IT, Mediation, ....)

Your profile:

• You have a Bac +5 degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• A first experience in inter-lot or multi-actor coordination is a plus
• You master programming languages such as Python, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• You have skills in project management, communication, and have the ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
