Job Description

We are looking for a Data analyst capable of participating in technical projects. You must demonstrate an innovative, methodical, solution-oriented (not problem-oriented!), and communicative mindset. Knowledge and practice in data science are a plus.

YOUR ROLE ON OUR PROJECTS:

• On assignment: analysis of business needs, definition of data collection and processing principles and methods, application of data processing and visualization techniques, presentation of analyses and results obtained to business stakeholders and sponsors
• Technical sharing with team members: solutions and code reviews, recommendations, certifications to be obtained, …
• Participation in meet-ups, coding dojos,...
• Communication: writing articles, sharing experiences…

YOUR ROLE AT TALAN:

• Benchmarking solutions and advising our clients on technological solutions to adopt, in line with their needs
• Carrying out POCs (Proof of Concept)
• Participation in internal projects and knowledge sharing within our teams.
• Internal knowledge sharing and training

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE:

• Graduated from a top engineering school/PhD, specializing in Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of data, data analysis, and/or data science
• Essential: significant experience with Dataiku
• Proficiency in data management and DataViz techniques
• Proficiency in Python, R, RShiny, SQL…
• Proficiency in using DevOps tools: Git, Docker, Jenkins/Nexus,...
• Good knowledge of Big Data: pySpark, Spark, NoSQL…
• Familiarity with tools such as: AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, Azure ML,...
• Autonomy, organization, sharing mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Business orientation
• Bonus: Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques, predictive modeling, Machine Learning, Deep Learning,...
