Data Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join an exciting Supply Planning system implementation project.

Project Objective

Design and implement the required interfaces and data structures to ensure the successful rollout of a Supply Planning application.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories and technical designs
• Implement:
  • Data extractions
  • Data models (especially Data Vault and information marts)
  • Validation reports
• Perform or support data validation
• Support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Align technical specifications with the IT Product Owner

Must-have Skills

• Snowflake
• dbt
• datavault4dbt
• Strong experience in data engineering and data modeling

Nice-to-have

• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP BW
• Theobald Universal Xtract
• Power BI
• Microsoft OneLake
