Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing data analytics capabilities. Your contributions will directly shape the organization's analytical framework, drive innovation, and provide meaningful insights that support data-driven decision-making and improve business outcomes.

You will play a key role in shaping and implementing data analytics strategies, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and promoting best practices in data engineering and analytics. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced data solutions to address complex business challenges
  • Utilize Python for advanced data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
  • Work with data analytics tools and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines and workflows
  • Participate in code reviews and design discussions within Agile development processes
  • Communicate project updates and technical insights effectively to team members and stakeholders
  • Implement and monitor data quality metrics, including month-over-month trend analysis
  • Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights
  • Work with Databricks, Spark, and other big data technologies to support large-scale data processing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business analytics initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with:
    • Python
    • SQL
    • Databricks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience designing and implementing data integrations
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with big data technologies such as Spark
  • Healthcare or healthcare data experience
  • Experience implementing data quality frameworks and performance monitoring
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Relevant technical certifications
