Data Engineer/ETL

Job Title: ETL/Data Engineer (SQL, Informatica, Databricks)

Location: Remote - India (10 PM - 6 AM)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or related roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts
• Hands-on experience with IDMC/Informatica (ETL development and debugging)
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and reverse engineer complex stored procedures, functions, and PySpark-based notebooks
• Ability to analyze and reverse engineer data objects used in Java-based and other UI-driven applications, document root cause analysis (RCA), and implement fixes in backend SQL and Informatica code
• Experience working with Databricks or any Spark-based data processing platform
• Solid understanding of data modelling, especially ER models
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with SAP and within the semiconductor/hi-tech/advanced manufacturing domains
• Familiarity with data lineage and data governance tools
• Knowledge of Python or PySpark
• Experience working in Agile environments
