Role Overview:
We are looking for an Engineering Delivery Lead with a strong Data Engineering foundation who can drive large-scale programs, own delivery end-to-end, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of data engineering programs • Define and execute data/product roadmap aligned with business goals • Lead and scale cross-functional teams (50–120 members) • Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and process efficiency • Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams • Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering • Proven experience in Delivery/Program Management • Expertise in roadmap planning and execution • Experience managing large teams (50+ members) • Strong stakeholder management & communication skills • Strong Exposure to SQL, Big Data (Hadoop/Spark), Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
