Data Governance Project Manager

About

You will carry out missions as a Data Governance Project Manager within a new, dynamic, and innovative team. You will work on strategic programs aimed at structuring, ensuring the reliability of, and enhancing our clients' data assets (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, CRM…). You will support business and IT departments in implementing effective, pragmatic, and value-oriented data governance. You will help our clients to:

• Identify their data quality and reliability issues
• Define clear and shared management rules
• Structure their data organization (roles & responsibilities)
• Implement control and continuous improvement mechanisms

You will take the lead on:

• Scoping and managing Data Governance programs
• Defining and deploying governance frameworks (roles, RACI, committees, processes)
• Implementing data quality policies
• Facilitating workshops for defining data KPIs & management rules
• Formalizing business glossaries and data catalogs
• Ensuring regulatory compliance (GDPR, security, access management)
• Managing data remediation plans
• Driving change and adoption of new data practices

Depending on your skills and interests, you may work on:

• Defining a global Data Governance strategy
• Implementing Data Catalog & Data Quality tools
• Structuring a Data Ownership model
• Improving traceability (data lineage)
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Supporting the implementation of a Data Office organization
• Implementing Business Intelligence projects (Dataviz & Low Code No Code)
• Driving the adoption of data tools within our clients, change management, and strategy
