About the position

Mission

As a Data-IA Engineer, you will be involved end-to-end in the lifecycle of Data and AI projects. You will work closely with business teams to transform operational needs into robust, exploitable, and industrialized analytical and intelligent solutions.

For this application domain, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding and formalizing business needs for Data / AI use cases
• Ensuring qualitative access to data sources that feed the Data platform to facilitate exploitation by business teams
• Designing data analysis, Machine Learning, and generative AI solutions
• Developing, evaluating, and optimizing DATA / AI models
• Industrializing and deploying solutions in production environments
• Supporting business teams in the adoption and use of deployed solutions
• Contributing to the organization's Data & AI strategy

Tasks

• Collect and analyze business needs (workshops, scoping, requirements gathering)
• Identify, collect, and prepare relevant data (data sourcing, data quality)
• Map and document data sources
• Design data pipelines and Data / AI architectures
• Implement generative AI solutions (LLM, NLP, RAG, AI agents)
• Test, validate, and document models and algorithms
• Implement MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning)
• Deploy solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms
• Ensure maintenance, supervision, and continuous improvement of solutions
• Raise awareness among business teams on Data, AI, ethics, and regulatory issues

Work Environment

• Executive status
• Location: collective office
• Position based in Bordeaux, with occasional travel to group sites in mainland France.

Profile

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in Data and/or AI projects

Education

• Higher education (Bac+5) in computer science, data science, AI, applied mathematics, or equivalent
