We are seeking a curious and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst to join our remote team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to build hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics
• Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting
• Assist in defining KPIs and tracking performance metrics
• Work with tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Document data processes and reporting workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL; Python or R is a plus)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Understanding of data cleaning and validation techniques
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a data-focused role
