In dieser Position arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen CRM‑Beratung, Softwareentwicklung und Datenarchitektur und entwickelst robuste, skalierbare Datenlösungen für unsere Kunden im DACH‑Raum.

Your Tasks

• Design and develop system interfaces (File-based: JSON, XML, CSV, XLSX; API-based: REST)
• Independently plan and implement data migrations into target systems (CRM like HubSpot, Dynamics, Salesforce; ERP systems and others)
• Data mapping and transformation between heterogeneous systems
• Error handling, logging, and monitoring for robust integration processes
• Technical specification and documentation in Confluence

Your Profile

For this position, you should have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer (m/f/d) with proven project experience.

Technical Must-Haves:

• Python (strong)
• REST APIs
• Common data formats (JSON, XML, CSV)
• Error handling, retry logic, logging
• GitHub

Additionally Ideal:

• Node.js
• React
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Dynamics, Salesforce) or ERP systems
• Webhooks
• SQL / Database knowledge

Soft Skills:

• Independent work in project business
• Solid communication skills for project coordination
• Flexibility and openness regarding the rapidly developing IT landscape
• Pioneering spirit in the field of AI
