As a newly established role, the Data Lead will report to the Director of Applications, aiming to design an enterprise data operating model. This includes implementing governance frameworks, ownership structures, and data quality controls that ensure well-structured and trusted data across Flynn’s systems. You'll play a pivotal role in building the foundations for data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise data governance frameworks and policies
• Establish enterprise data ownership and stewardship models
• Develop business glossaries and governance artefacts
• Define and implement data quality standards and KPIs
• Monitor enterprise data risks including accuracy and compliance

Requirements

• 7–10 years in data governance or leadership roles
• Experience with integration platforms like Workato or Boomi
• Knowledge of MDM and data quality management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
